What Our Relocation Service Includes
- Pre-move assessment — We review your current setup and the destination space to plan the move properly before anything is touched.
- Full teardown — Every component is disassembled correctly — wheelbase, pedals, rig frame, monitors, motion platform, and all cabling.
- Safe transport — Hardware is packed and transported with the care a $10,000–$60,000+ system requires. We do not hand this off to a general moving company.
- Reinstallation — Full reassembly at the new location, including cable management, monitor positioning, and rig geometry.
- Recalibration — Direct-drive wheelbases and motion platforms must be recalibrated after every move. We handle it on-site before we leave.
- Test drive — We do not consider the job done until the simulator is driving correctly at the new location.
Why Simulator Relocation Requires a Specialist
Most moving companies have no experience with direct-drive wheelbases, 6DOF motion platforms, or the software configuration that ties a simulator together. A general mover can transport the hardware — but they cannot recalibrate a Simucube wheelbase, re-tune a Vero Motion platform, or troubleshoot a pedal input issue after reassembly.
